MMG 

MMG—a forward-thinking real estate developer—sought to create a lifestyle magazine that would go beyond showcasing properties to reflect the culture, design, and vision behind their developments. The project’s scope included naming, visual identity, creative direction, editorial strategy, and content development.

We collaborated with an outstanding group of talents to produce a beautifully curated publication that captures the spirit of modern living through the lens of architecture, art, and design. The result is more than a magazine—it's a storytelling platform that elevates the brand and its values.

This project was honored as a finalist at the 2018 Madrid Design Biennial, recognized for its creative excellence and innovative approach to editorial branding.

In addition to the magazine, we developed a comprehensive brochure detailing the property’s features,  with clear, engaging content to enhance the buyer experience and support MMG’s sales strategy.
