Brand, name, and tagline for an affordable housing project owned by ALCO, a global real estate company. Villa Pacifica explains in its motto proximity, "más cerca de todo" (closer to everything) talks about the project's most essential and critical aspect.
The logo denotes the harmony between its elements. The icon of the brand is semicircular; it includes in its shape a house, a sun that rises in the east, buildings, and blank spaces (connoting possibilities).
